Based in Melton Mowbray, Princess Occasions offers full wedding styling and decor packages across the East Midlands and the UK! At Princess Occasions, we make sure your wedding day looks magical from start to finish, handling everything from chair drapes and sashes to centrepieces, backdrops, neon signs, props and full venue transformations!
Whether you choose our Opal, Pearl, or Diamond package, the process is simple, stress-free, and packed with a bit of princess magic! ✨

Wedding Styling Packages
Princess Step 1 - Initial APPOINTMENT AND STYLING chat
Come down to our Princess HQ showroom in Melton Mowbray for a cuppa and a friendly chat about your wedding styling ideas!
We’ll talk through our packages (Opal, Pearl, Diamond) and everything included
Discuss your theme, colour scheme, and overall vibe you are wanting for your day
Bring any inspiration: Screenshots, Pinterest boards, invites, or anything else you love
This appointment usually takes around an hour - tea (and biccies!) are always on tap!
Princess Step 2 - YOUR WEDDING STYLING PLAN
Next, we get creative! We take your ideas and sprinkle a bit of magic to bring your vision to life!
Your full venue transformation will be thoughtfully designed to make sure every corner looks magical
Decor ideas will include signage, chair drapes & sashes, centrepieces, backdrops, props and all the finishing touches
You’ll get a personalised quote, designed to fit your chosen package perfectly
We usually need a few days to sprinkle our magic and get everything ready for you!
Princess Step 3 - BOOKING & PAYMENT OPTIONS
After you have reviewed your quote it’s all princess systems go! We have two payment options to secure your booking, simply choose which is the best one for you!
A 50% booking fee with the remaining balance is due 8 weeks before your wedding
A 10% booking fee with the remaining balance split into interest free equal monthly payments, to finish 8 weeks before your wedding!
We’re always just a phone call, email, or social message away if a new idea pops into your head! We’ll also happily liaise with your florist, cake designer, and other suppliers to make sure everything coordinates perfectly! We also have lots of contacts within the wedding industry, so should you want additional help with sourcing these, that is no problem at all!
(and don't worry, EVERYTHING can be changed as many times as you like while planning your big day!)
Princess Step 4 - Final appointment
Around 8–12 weeks before your wedding, come back to our Princess HQ and we chat through everything again!
Confirm all decor details and set-up times
Make any last tweaks (as many as you want, it’s YOUR day!)
This usually takes about 45 minutes - don’t worry, again, tea and biscuits included!
(*please note, additional appointments can be booked if needed, a small charge may apply)
Princess Step 5 - YOUR WEDDING DAY!
Your big day is here - and you don’t lift a finger!
We arrive at your wedding venue at their preferred time, (usually first thing in the morning, if not, the day before!)
We won’t leave until every chair, prop and decoration is perfectly in place - exactly how we planned. (our Princess OCD comes in handy at this point!) And then, with a wave of our wands, we disappear! (don’t worry, we wont leave our glass slippers behind!)
We’ll then return the following day and take it all back down again, so you don’t need to worry about anything!
