At Princess Occasions, we make sure your wedding day looks magical from start to finish, handling everything from chair drapes to centrepieces, backdrops, neon signs, faux florals and full venue transformations!
Whether you choose our Opal, Pearl, or Diamond package, the process is simple, stress-free, and obviously packed with a bit of princess magic!

From your very first showroom appointment, to walking into your beautifully styled wedding venue, here’s how we’ll bring your dream wedding to life…
Princess Step 1
your Initial styling APPOINTMENT
Come and visit us at Princess HQ in Melton Mowbray, Leicestershire, for a cuppa, a chat and plenty of wedding inspiration!
This is where the magic begins! We’ll get to know you, your venue and your vision, and help you decide which styling package is the perfect fit!
During your appointment we’ll:

Chat about your venue, colour palette and the sort of viiiibe you are wanting for your day!
Look through any Pinterest boards, inspiration photos and ideas you might have!
Let you have a good nosey around our showroom in your own time, which is packed with wedding decor, fully styled tables, styling ideas, faux florals, signage and lots more!
There’s absolutely no pressure - just lots of excitement, inspiration and tea (with biscuits, of course!) Planning a wedding is so overwhelming, so please don’t worry if you don't have a clue about any of the above, we will talk you through it all! That is what we are here for, to take this element of the wedding stress away!
To keep everyone comfortable in our cosy snug area, all appointments are for up to 5 of you in total please!
Princess Step 2
YOUR personalised WEDDING QUOTE
Next, we get creative! We take your ideas and sprinkle a bit of magic to bring your vision to life!
You’ll get a personalised quote, designed to fit your chosen package perfectly!
Your full venue transformation will be thoughtfully designed to make sure every corner looks magical
Decor ideas will include signage, chair drapes & sashes, centrepieces, backdrops, props and all the finishing touches
We usually need a few days to sprinkle our magic and get everything ready for you!
Princess Step 3
BOOKING & PAYMENT OPTIONS
After you have reviewed your quote, it’s all princess systems go! Choose whichever payment option suits you best:
A 50% booking fee with the remaining balance due 8 weeks before your wedding
Secure your date with just a 10% booking fee and spread the remaining balance with interest-free monthly payments, finishing 4 weeks before your wedding!
We’re always just a phone call, email, or social message away if a new idea pops into your head! We’ll also happily liaise with your florist, cake designer, and other suppliers to make sure everything coordinates perfectly! We have lots of contacts within the wedding industry, so should you want additional help with sourcing these, that is no problem at all!
(and don't worry, EVERYTHING can be changed as many times as you like while planning your big day!)
DIAMOND pACKAGE EXCLUSIVE
second showroom appointment
One of the extra little luxuries included with our Diamond Package is a second complimentary showroom appointment!
You are welcome to come back for another visit at any point after your first appointment! Feel free to bring along your parents, bridesmaids or whoever you’d love to share the excitement with! Refine your ideas, explore any new decor we’ve added to the showroom, and make sure every little detail is just right!
Princess Step 4
Final STYLING appointment
Available for all styling packages, around 8–12 weeks before your wedding, you’ll return to Princess HQ for your final styling appointment! Together we’ll go through every last detail, making sure everything is perfect before the big day!
Confirm your final decor choices
Finalise your venue set-up times and any other logistics!
Make any last tweaks (as many as you want, it’s YOUR day!)
Answer any final questions before the big day!
This usually takes about 45 minutes - don’t worry, again, tea and biscuits included!
Princess Step 5
YOUR WEDDING DAY!
The fairytale day you’ve been dreaming of has finally arrived… and all you need to do is enjoy every moment!
While you’re getting ready and making memories, your Princesses will be busy transforming your venue.
We arrive at your wedding venue at their preferred time, (usually first thing in the morning, if not the day before!)
Professionally style every area included in your package!
Carefully place every candle, chair drape, flower and finishing touch exactly as planned!
Ensure everything is perfect before quietly disappearing to let the magic begin.
We will then return to carefully collect everything again - leaving you with nothing to worry about except enjoying married life!
