Here at Princess Occasions, we offer two of gorgeous decor options that will suit every prince or princess on their wedding day; Our Princess Styling Package or Princess Prop Hire!

Our job is to provide you with beautiful decor that reflects you! (please visit our Facebook  or Instagram for lotssssss more pics!) Whatever stage you are at with your design and creative planning, we will work as closely with you as you would like, in order to help you achieve the perfect styling and decor for your big day!

Princess Styling Package

Princess Step 1

Firstly, come down to our showroom in Melton Mowbray and have a chat (with a cuppa and biccies!) about any styling and decor ideas you have seen. Make sure you have familiarised yourselves with our Princess Packages and everything that is included as standard (don’t worry, we can swap bits out during the appointment if we need to!) This gives us a chance to discuss and develop ideas together, such as themes, colour schemes and the overall vibe you want your styling to create!

Please feel free to bring along any wedding scrapbooks, pictures you have found, sample wedding invitations or anything else you think will be useful!

This usually takes around an hour! (tea is on tap, don’t worry!)

Princess Step 2

We will then go away and work on designing and quoting for your wedding styling and decor! It takes around a week or so to get the quotes across to you, so please be patient!

Princess Step 3

After you have reviewed your quote and decided what you would like to go ahead with, it’s all princess systems go! (EVERYTHING can be changed as many times as you would like throughout the duration of your wedding planning, so please don’t worry if you want to add/remove things at a later date!)

At this stage we have two payment options, simply choose which is the best one for you!
- A 50% booking fee which will secure your wedding date and ensure you are all booked in. The remaining balance is due 8 weeks before your wedding!
- A 10% booking fee which will secure your wedding date and ensure you are all booked in. The remaining balance is then split into interest free equal monthly payments, to end 8 weeks before your wedding!

We will keep in regular contact, ensuring any new ideas and designs are explored! We are available through email, facebook or Instagram message so are never far away should you dream of a great idea at 3am! (we can’t promise we will reply at this time though!) We will happily liaise with other wedding industry suppliers you are using, such as florists, cake designers etc, in order to ensure your whole styling and decor coordinates perfectly! We also have lots of contacts within the wedding industry, so should you want additional help with sourcing these, that is no problem at all!

Princess Step 4

We will then invite you back in for a final appointment around 6/8 weeks before your wedding day, where we will go through the finer details of your decor and styling. This is also a great time to tweak anything, should we need to! We will confirm numbers, make any changes and confirm our set up times etc!

This appointment usually takes around 45 mins, but again, tea on tap!

Princess Step 5

You do absolutely nothing! On the big day itself, we will be at your wedding venue at their preferred time, (usually first thing in the morning, if not, the day before!) ensuring that every single piece of styling and decor is to your requirements as per our discussions. We won’t leave until every chair is perfect, every prop is beautifully positioned and every wedding favour is correctly placed! (our Princess OCD comes in handy at this point!) And then, as if by magic and with a wave of our wands, we disappear! (don’t worry, we wont leave our glass slippers behind!) We will then return the following and take it all back down again, so you don’t need to worry about anything!


Princess Prop Hire

If you have done the majority of the creative wedding planning yourself and just need the props to complete your day, then look no further than our Princess Prop Hire Service. Everything you see can be dry hired for the duration of your wedding day and saves lots of time and money sourcing these individual pieces yourself.

It is at the 8 week week mark that we will require £100 damage deposit too pleaseeee.

Princess Step 4

The week or so before, everything will then be lovingly packaged and boxed ready! We will arrange a convenient time for you collect your wedding props! You can then take them to your venue, work your magic and enjoy your wedding day!

Princess Step 5

We will arrange a convenient time, usually a couple of days after your wedding, for you to return all your wedding props (because nobody wants to think about bringing props back, whilst hanging!) They don’t need washing or cleaning, simple pop them all back in the boxes they came in! We will then return your damage deposit within 48 hours should everything be in order! Easyyyyyy!
