Princess Occasions offer two gorgeous styling services that will suit any Princess, regardless of the size of your wedding or budget! You can have as little or as much as you would like, afterall this is YOUR day! Our job is to simply provide you with beautiful styling or props that reflect you!
Full Venue Styling
Whatever stage you are at with your planning, we will work as closely with you as you would like, in order to help you achieve the desired outcome for your big day!
Firstly, we will invite you down for an initial appointment at our showroom in Melton Mowbray and have a chat (and a cuppa!) about any ideas you have seen, colour schemes, themes etc. You can also have a look at all of the ‘pretties’ we have to offer and different ideas that are styled around the showroom. This gives us a chance to get to know each other, discuss ideas and allows us to see how you work as a couple to suggest any personal touches that may pop into my head! (a lot of ‘popping’ goes on in my head!) Together, we can then come up with a plan as to the style and overall look/feel you are wanting to achieve!
As each wedding is unique, I will then create your own personalised moodboard, incorporating themes, colour palettes, props etc, as discussed within our appointment. This way you will have a visual aid giving you a clear idea of what we envisage the end result to look like! This is also a fab tool to use with your other suppliers, to ensure we are all singing from the same hymn sheet! (or indeed, working from the same moodboard!) We will then invite you back in for a second appointment, where we will create a mock up table/chairs as they will be styled on the day, so you have the opportunity to see your styling before the day itself!
We will keep in regular contact for the duration of your planning, ensuring any new ideas and designs are explored! I am available through email, text and even Whatsapp, so am never far away should you dream of a great idea at 3am! (I can’t promise I will reply at this time though!)
We will happily liaise with any other companies you are using, such as florists, cake company’s etc, in order to ensure the whole styling coordinates perfectly! We also have lots of contacts within the industry, so should you want additional help with sourcing these, that is no problem at all!
On the big day itself, we will be at the venue first thing in the morning, ensuring that everything is specifically tailored to your requirements as per our discussions. We won’t leave until every chair bow is perfect, every prop is beautifully positioned and every favour is correctly placed! (my OCD comes in handy at this point!)
And then, as if by magic and with a wave of our wands, we disappear! (don’t worry, we wont leave our glass slippers behind!)
